As a user, by accessing and using this platform you agree to comply with all user-related terms and conditions. These terms govern your account creation, usage, orders, payments, returns, and referral system activities.
ইউজারদের অবশ্যই একটি বৈধ Gmail বা ইমেইল অ্যাড্রেস ব্যবহার করে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হবে। ভুল, ভুয়া বা অন্যের তথ্য ব্যবহার করে তৈরি করা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করা হতে পারে।Users must create an account using a valid Gmail or email address. Accounts created with false, misleading, or third-party information may be permanently suspended or terminated.
অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করার পর ইউজারকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পূর্ণ নাম, ইমেইল ভেরিফিকেশন, ফোন নম্বর ভেরিফিকেশন, ঠিকানা ভেরিফিকেশন, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া লিংক এবং পরিচয়পত্র (NID / Passport / Driving License) ভেরিফাই করতে হবে। সকল তথ্য এডমিন কর্তৃক যাচাই ও অনুমোদনের পরই অ্যাকাউন্ট সম্পূর্ণভাবে সক্রিয় হবে।After registration, users must complete profile verification including full name, email verification, phone verification, address verification, social media links, and identity document verification (NID, Passport, or Driving License). Accounts become fully active only after admin approval.
সকল তথ্য সফলভাবে ভেরিফাই ও এপ্রুভ হলে ইউজার ৳25 থেকে ৳100 পর্যন্ত বোনাস পেতে পারে। একইভাবে রেফারেল লিংকের মাধ্যমে নতুন ইউজার রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও সম্পূর্ণ ভেরিফিকেশন সম্পন্ন হলে উভয় পক্ষই ইনস্ট্যান্ট বোনাস পাবে। বোনাসের পরিমাণ কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তনশীল হতে পারে।After successful verification and approval, users may receive a bonus ranging from ৳25 to ৳100. Similarly, when a referred user completes full verification, both the referrer and referee receive instant bonuses. Bonus amounts may vary based on company policy.
রেফারেল ব্যালেন্স থেকে উইথড্র করতে হলে ইউজারকে ন্যূনতম ২০ জন সম্পূর্ণ ভেরিফাইড রেফারেল থাকতে হবে, মোট ৳1000 শপিং সম্পন্ন করতে হবে এবং প্রতি ৳1000 শপিংয়ে সর্বোচ্চ ৳25 উইথড্র করা যাবে। রেফারেল ব্যালেন্স দিয়ে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট কেনা যাবে না।To withdraw referral earnings, users must have at least 20 fully verified referrals, complete a minimum ৳1000 shopping, and can withdraw up to ৳25 per ৳1000 spent. Referral balance cannot be used for purchasing products.
ইউজার যেকোনো সময় তার অ্যাকাউন্টে ব্যালেন্স টপ-আপ করতে পারবে এবং সেই ব্যালেন্স দিয়ে যেকোনো প্রোডাক্ট কিনতে পারবে। তবে রেফারেল ব্যালেন্স শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত শর্ত পূরণের পর উইথড্রযোগ্য।Users can top up their account balance at any time and use it to purchase products. However, referral balance is withdrawable only after fulfilling all required conditions.
ইউজার সর্বোচ্চ তিনবার উইথড্র রিকোয়েস্ট পাঠাতে পারবে। প্রতিটি উইথড্র রিকোয়েস্ট সাধারণত ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হয়, তবে সিস্টেম বা অপারেশনাল কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। শুধুমাত্র ভেরিফাইড বিকাশ অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে উইথড্র গ্রহণযোগ্য।Users can submit up to three withdrawal requests. Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours, though delays may occur due to operational issues. Only verified bKash accounts are accepted for withdrawals.
ইউজার তার ড্যাশবোর্ড থেকে সকল অর্ডারের বিস্তারিত হিস্টোরি, পেমেন্ট স্ট্যাটাস এবং ডেলিভারি তথ্য দেখতে ও সংরক্ষণ করতে পারবে।Users can view and manage their complete order history, payment status, and delivery details directly from their dashboard.
ইউজার পছন্দের প্রোডাক্ট উইশলিস্টে সংরক্ষণ করতে পারবে এবং পরবর্তীতে সহজেই সেগুলো কিনতে পারবে।Users can save their favorite products to the wishlist and purchase them later with ease.
ইউজার তার পছন্দের স্টোর বা সেলারকে ফলো করতে পারবে এবং একটি আলাদা ট্যাবে সকল ফলো করা স্টোরের তালিকা দেখতে পারবে।Users can follow their preferred stores or sellers and view all followed stores in a dedicated following section.
ইউজারদের নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে নিয়মিত পাসওয়ার্ড পরিবর্তন করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়। কোনো সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপ ধরা পড়লে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে সীমাবদ্ধ করা হতে পারে।For security purposes, users are advised to change their passwords regularly. Suspicious activities may result in temporary account restrictions.
প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার সময় কাস্টমারকে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। ডেলিভারির সময় ত্রুটি থাকলে তাৎক্ষণিক রিটার্ন করতে হবে। অন্যথায় ৩–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রমাণসহ রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট জমা দিতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময় অতিক্রম করলে কোনো দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।Customers must inspect products before payment upon delivery. If issues are found later, return or refund requests must be submitted with proof within 3–7 working days. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Waitmark প্ল্যাটফর্মের বাইরে কোনো সেলার বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে লেনদেন করলে তার দায় Waitmark বহন করবে না।Waitmark is not responsible for transactions conducted outside the platform or with sellers through external channels.

These terms govern your store operations, product listings, order processing, payments, withdrawals, and overall platform usage.
সেলার অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু করতে অবশ্যই সঠিক ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, ফোন নম্বর, ঠিকানা, ব্যাংক বা মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং প্রয়োজনীয় পরিচয়পত্র জমা দিতে হবে। সকল তথ্য এডমিন কর্তৃক যাচাই ও অনুমোদনের পরই সেলার অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয় হবে।To activate a seller account, accurate personal details, phone number, address, financial account information, and identity documents must be submitted. Seller accounts become active only after admin verification and approval.
সেলাররা আনলিমিটেড প্রোডাক্ট যুক্ত করতে পারবে এবং প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের জন্য নিজস্ব মূল্য, ডেলিভারি চার্জ, ফুল অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্ট, পার্শিয়াল অ্যাডভান্স অথবা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি নির্ধারণ করতে পারবে। ভুয়া, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা অবৈধ পণ্য সম্পূর্ণভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।Sellers can add unlimited products and define product pricing, delivery charges, full advance payment, partial advance, or Cash on Delivery. Fake, misleading, or illegal products are strictly prohibited.
সেলারকে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে অর্ডার কনফার্ম, প্যাকেজিং ও কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। ইচ্ছাকৃত দেরি, ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো বা অর্ডার বাতিল করলে শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।Sellers must confirm, package, and deliver orders within the specified timeframe. Intentional delays, wrong deliveries, or unjustified cancellations may result in penalties.
সেলারের আয়ের টাকা নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে উইথড্রযোগ্য। উইথড্র চার্জ প্ল্যান অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে। কোনো সন্দেহজনক লেনদেন থাকলে উইথড্র সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত করা হতে পারে।Seller earnings are withdrawable within the specified timeframe. Withdrawal charges apply based on the subscription plan. Suspicious transactions may result in temporary withdrawal suspension.
কোনো প্রকার স্ক্যাম, ভুয়া অর্ডার, ভুয়া ট্র্যাকিং, ফেক কাস্টমার, রেটিং ম্যানিপুলেশন, বা অবৈধ কার্যকলাপ প্রমাণিত হলে সেলার অ্যাকাউন্ট তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে স্থায়ীভাবে ব্যান্ড করা হবে এবং অ্যাকাউন্টে থাকা সকল অর্থ বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে।Any involvement in scams, fake orders, fake tracking, fraudulent customers, rating manipulation, or illegal activities will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.
Waitmark ড্রপশিপিং সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে ড্রপশিপাররা সেলারদের প্রোডাক্ট এক ক্লিকে তাদের স্টোরে যুক্ত করে বিক্রি করতে পারে। এই শর্তাবলী ড্রপশিপারদের সকল কার্যক্রম নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে।Through the Waitmark dropshipping system, dropshippers can import seller products with one click and sell them via their own store. These terms govern all dropshipper activities.
ড্রপশিপাররা সেলারদের প্রোডাক্ট এক ক্লিকে যুক্ত করতে পারবে এবং নির্ধারিত সীমার মধ্যে নিজস্ব প্রফিট মার্জিন সেট করতে পারবে। পণ্যের মূল তথ্য বিকৃত করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।Dropshippers can import seller products with one click and set custom profit margins within allowed limits. Altering or misrepresenting original product information is strictly prohibited.
ড্রপশিপারদের জন্য শুধুমাত্র ফুল অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্ট সিস্টেম প্রযোজ্য। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অনুমোদিত নয়। এই নিয়ম ফেক অর্ডার প্রতিরোধের জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক।Dropshipper orders operate strictly on a full advance payment system. Cash on Delivery is not allowed. This policy is mandatory to prevent fake orders.
ড্রপশিপারদের অর্ডার সঠিকভাবে ফরোয়ার্ড করতে হবে এবং কাস্টমারের সাথে স্বচ্ছ যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখতে হবে। ভুল তথ্য প্রদান বা অর্ডার ম্যানিপুলেশন শাস্তিযোগ্য অপরাধ।Dropshippers must forward orders correctly and maintain transparent communication with customers. Providing false information or manipulating orders is a punishable offense.
ড্রপশিপার আয়ের টাকা নির্ধারিত চার্জ অনুযায়ী উইথড্র করতে পারবে। সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপে আয় স্থগিত বা বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হতে পারে।Dropshipper earnings are withdrawable based on applicable charges. Suspicious activity may result in earnings being held or forfeited.
ড্রপশিপার যদি কোনো স্ক্যাম, ফেক অর্ডার, অবৈধ ট্রাফিক, ফেক পেমেন্ট বা অনৈতিক কার্যকলাপে জড়িত থাকে, তাহলে তার অ্যাকাউন্ট তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে স্থায়ীভাবে ব্যান্ড করা হবে এবং কোনো অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না।If a dropshipper is found involved in scams, fake orders, illegal traffic, fake payments, or unethical activities, the account will be permanently banned immediately with no balance refund.
Waitmark-এর অ্যাফিলিয়েট প্রোগ্রামে অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই অ্যাফিলিয়েট শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। এই শর্তাবলী আপনার অ্যাফিলিয়েট লিংক, কুপন ব্যবহার, কমিশন আয় এবং উইথড্র সিস্টেম নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে।By participating in the Waitmark Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms. These terms govern your affiliate links, coupon usage, commission earnings, and withdrawal system.
অ্যাফিলিয়েট লিংক বা কুপন একই ব্যক্তি, একই আইপি, একই ডিভাইস অথবা কৃত্রিমভাবে বারবার ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। সেলার বা ড্রপশিপারদেরকে স্প্যাম করে লিংক বা কুপন ব্যবহার করানো গুরুতর নীতিভঙ্গ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।Using affiliate links or coupons repeatedly by the same person, same IP, same device, or through artificial methods is strictly prohibited. Spamming sellers or dropshippers to force affiliate usage is considered a serious policy violation.
যদি কোনো অ্যাফিলিয়েট ফেক ট্রাফিক, কৃত্রিম ক্লিক, ভুয়া কনভার্শন, স্প্যামিং, বা অন্য যেকোনো ধরনের অনৈতিক কার্যকলাপে জড়িত থাকে, তাহলে তার অ্যাফিলিয়েট অ্যাকাউন্ট তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে এবং মোট আয়সহ সকল পেমেন্ট বাতিল করা হবে।If an affiliate is found involved in fake traffic, artificial clicks, fake conversions, spamming, or any unethical activity, the affiliate account will be permanently terminated immediately and all earnings and payments will be forfeited.
অ্যাফিলিয়েট আয় থেকে উইথড্র রিকোয়েস্ট পাঠানোর জন্য ন্যূনতম ব্যালেন্স ৳500 হতে হবে। নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো উইথড্র রিকোয়েস্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।To request a withdrawal, affiliates must have a minimum balance of ৳500. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if any policy violation is detected.
Waitmark-এর সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী কোনো অ্যাফিলিয়েট যদি নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন করে, তাহলে তার অ্যাকাউন্ট, কমিশন, উইথড্র রিকোয়েস্ট এবং পেমেন্ট রেকর্ড সম্পূর্ণভাবে ডিলিট বা স্থায়ীভাবে ব্যান্ড করা হবে, যা আর কখনো পুনরুদ্ধারযোগ্য হবে না।At Waitmark’s discretion, if an affiliate violates any policy, the affiliate account, commissions, withdrawal requests, and payment records may be permanently deleted or banned and will never be recoverable.
Waitmark-এর কোনো ফ্রি সাবস্ক্রিপশন, ফ্রি অফার প্রাইস বা বিনামূল্যের প্ল্যানে কোনো অবস্থাতেই কোনো প্রকার লগইন কার্ড, পেমেন্ট কার্ড, ভার্চুয়াল কার্ড বা কোনো ধরনের AI টোকেন ফ্রিতে প্রদান করা হবে না। ফ্রি সাবস্ক্রিপশন শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত বেসিক ফিচারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।Under no circumstances does Waitmark provide any login card, payment card, virtual card, or AI tokens for free under any free subscription, free offer price, or complimentary plan. Free subscriptions are strictly limited to predefined basic features only.
Waitmark-এ ইউজার, সেলার, ড্রপশিপার বা অ্যাফিলিয়েট—যে কেউ যদি স্ক্যাম, প্রতারণা, অবৈধ লেনদেন বা অনৈতিক কার্যকলাপে জড়িত থাকে, তাহলে কোনো পূর্ব সতর্কতা ছাড়াই অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে ব্যান্ড করা হবে এবং অ্যাকাউন্টে থাকা সকল অর্থ চূড়ান্তভাবে বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে।Waitmark maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Any user, seller, dropshipper, or affiliate involved in scams, fraud, illegal transactions, or unethical activities will face immediate permanent account termination without prior notice, and all funds will be permanently forfeited.
