পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিটার্নের আবেদন করতে হবে।
২. রিটার্নযোগ্য পণ্য
ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে
ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য হলে
৩. রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়
ব্যবহৃত পণ্য
গ্রাহকের দ্বারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
অফার/ডিসকাউন্টেড পণ্য (যদি আলাদা করে উল্লেখ না থাকে)
৪. রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া
রিটার্নের জন্য আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করে অর্ডার আইডি ও সমস্যার ছবি পাঠাতে হবে।
৫. রিফান্ড
রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়া হবে। রিফান্ড সময় পেমেন্ট মেথড অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
৬. ডেলিভারি চার্জ
রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয় (যদি পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ না হয়)।
